We all want to eat the food that we like. I believe healthy eating can be both delicious and exciting, but making a change can be challenging. That’s why I help my clients incorporate healthy eating into their diets in a way that is sustainable, not boring.

Tell me your physique goals, level of fitness and experience and leave the rest to me. I will design YOUR Max Drive Fitness program, in a way that constantly changes to keep you motivated and engaged as you transform your body.


I take flexibility and freedom into consideration when making these programs, as I want this to fit into your schedule without seeming like a chore. 


With clear instructions on each exercise, I will tell you exactly how to conduct each movement as well as the reps and sets associated.

To make sure there is plenty of variety and so you never get bored of eating the same foods, you'll get a 7-day meal plan, giving you different options everyday. I’ll factor in your dislikes, allergies, dietary requirements and goals as I want your program to be as effective and enjoyable as possible.

I help men and women get the body they’ve always wanted through high-volume, high-intensity training.   


Before I discovered training, I was a 95-pound 16-year-old kid that nobody noticed. Then I personally discovered how, with consistent effort, to transform my body and my life.


I am passionate about helping my clients do the same through my proven training approach to burning fat and building muscle.
